Here is the plan. The basement drywall is hung and will be taped and mudded this week. Hopes are to have it textured ready for trim midweek. The countertops in the bathrooms have been installed and this house should be moving right along this week. Here some updated photo's.

This home is sold currently but can be built as a custom! Anyway, part of the deal is for Behr to finish the basement, so the framing has begun!!! The pictures are not quite A + quality but the framing just finished up, it was dark and all the little dust particals floating around bring the picture to life (I guess). I will continue to update all the viewers to the progress.

Check out the kitchen here. The granite mixed with the great cabinets really make this place look nice. The wood floor and tile will be in or at least started by the weekend. Open house should be great. The kitchen will also have ss appliances which will make you feel like your in a 300 thousand dollar home :)
